In And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie, Judge Wargrave is similar to a serial killer that I have seen on the news. The serial killer had killed three men in 10 days, and she had attracted all three men to her during different time periods. She would kill them for pleasure. Judge Wargrave had also attracted 7 people onto Indian Island. He wanted to kill them because they had committed crimes in the past, which they had not been punished for, but also because he earned pleasure by killing other people. Wargrave had a strong sense of justice, and a lust for killing.
